We are happy to answer any questions you have regarding our designs and products. We try our best to answer all e-mails on the same day, but at most by the next business day (please fill out the form below). Although e-mail replies are the most timely for our return, please be sure to include your phone number as sometimes we do have trouble with e-mail returns getting through due to spam blockers and would want an alternate way to contact you in this case (we will only contact you via phone if we have trouble with your e-mail or if you request a phone call).
If you are contacting us regarding an order you have already placed, please include the order number in your e-mail for faster response.
If you would like a custom invitation quote please use the "Request A Quote" link above as it provides guidance to the questions you will need to answer to receive a detailed quote.
Please note that we do not have a catalogue of our designs available to mail.
As all of our designs are custom, and we are adding new creations daily, any printed style catalogue would be out of date before it was even printed. We do offer up to four complimentary color swatches at no charge so that you can view the colors and quality of the stock in person. We are also happy to include a few printed samples upon request. We do not provide full invitation samples complimentary or for a fee. Color swatches can be requested by using the link below:

Note that our phone lines tend to be very busy. If you are having trouble getting through please do leave us a message with your name and phone number and we will get back to you within 24 business hours at the latest. We do not have phone hours on Sunday or Monday (although orders are still processed those days).
